Deliveries

Article 1 - Delivery 


The customer is informed of the shipment by sending an email
summarizing the products shipped. 

Delivery is made: 

For France and the world in simple letter 

In the shipping charges are included:

- The cost of manufacturing and packaging records
- Postage for mailing.
 
1.1 Deadline 

Orders will be processed and shipped within
Working 48 hours of receipt. 

Delivery times are from the Post.
It takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery. 


1.2 Address 

Orders are delivered to the shipping address that buyer stated in his order, which may be different from the billing. The information complied by the buyer, when taking control commit this: if error in the delivery address (including name, number and street name, zip code, city name, phone number or e-mail), Laureline Embroidery can not be held responsible for the impossibility in which he could deliver the product. 

   1.3 Force Majeure

  Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver, claims, administrative decision, the case of transport, natural disasters, war, riots, fires, strikes (including the strike position), accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. 

  The seller will keep the buyer in a timely manner, cases or events listed above. 


Article 7 - Revocation
 

Be sure when the order validation and payment validation. 
  If in doubt, repeat the process for ordering early.
You also have the option at any time to remove items from your cart.
Takeovers and exchange grids are not possible once the order is shipped,
for obvious reasons.
